Justin Groteluschen brings over a decade of experience in commercial and agricultural lending, along with five years in the real estate title industry and five years of project management and quality control experience in manufacturing. This diverse background gives him a comprehensive understanding of financing, land transactions, operational efficiency, risk management, and process improvement. As co-founder of Mac America Ag Finance, Justin has helped build a company focused on delivering practical financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of farmers, ranchers, and rural businesses. His expertise in structuring operating lines, real estate financing, and long-term fixed-rate loans provides clients with the confidence to grow and protect their operations.

Rooted in proud Midwest values, Justin believes in hard work, integrity, and serving others. He is married and the proud father of three active boys who keep life full and fast-paced. Deeply invested in his community, he volunteers as an EMT and firefighter, serves on his church board, and supports numerous local organizations. His dedication to agriculture, family, and community reflects his commitment to strengthening the heartland—financially and personally.
