Welcome to Mac America, my name is Steve MaGuire and along with my business partner Justin Grotelueschen we are the owners of Mac America. I believe the concept of Mac America was born back in the 80s and 90s while my wife Julie and I were farming and starting our family. We were attempting to figure out how to navigate 14 to 19% interest rates, demand notes, short-term funding from the bank and still striving to buy our first farm. Had I known the opportunity to obtain 30-year terms and 30-year fixed rates existed back then as it does today through Mac America, my path might have been completely different. As it is, I left production agriculture, entered Ag lending, and eventually created Mac America to solve a problem that existed for years and even decades; how to fund Ag real Estate on a long-term fixed basis. Mac America provides the America Farmer the tools to offset interest rate risk for the life of the loan, excellent rates, enhanced working, reduce payments and ultimately providing every producer a better option to fund their most valued farm assets. I am proud to have the opportunity to serve the American farmer.
