Kenneth J. Maguire, Ph.D. is an accomplished executive leader with more than 25 years of experience spanning higher education administration, workforce development, and agricultural and real estate finance. He currently serves as Regional Vice President for Mac America Ag Finance, where he provides strategic leadership to support company growth, system development, and the recruitment and management of independent loan advisors and credit analysts. In parallel, he is an Independent Agent with BigIron Realty, facilitating agricultural, commercial, and residential real estate transactions across Indiana and Nebraska.

Prior to entering the finance and real estate sectors, Dr. Maguire held senior leadership roles in community college and secondary education, including Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Career and Technical Education at Eastern New Mexico University–Roswell. In these roles, he led large academic divisions, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, guided accreditation and strategic planning efforts, and oversaw faculty, staff, and workforce-aligned programs across technical, STEM, and transfer disciplines. His earlier career includes statewide leadership positions with the Iowa and Nebraska Departments of Education and national leadership with Project Lead the Way, where he helped build cross-sector partnerships to advance STEM education and career pathways.

Dr. Maguire holds a Ph.D. in Community College Educational Leadership and has an extensive record of research, grant development, and public service, securing and managing millions of dollars in federal, state, and private funding. Widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style and student- and client-focused approach, he brings a unique blend of educational, operational, and financial expertise to every organization he serves.
