Katy Hilgendorf is an experienced Agricultural Lender, Credit Analyst, and Realtor with a career spanning more than two decades in the financial services industry. Beginning in 2001 as a bank teller at a local rural bank, Katy advanced into bank management, commercial and agricultural lending, and later served in leadership roles with the USDA Farm Service Agency. She specializes in agricultural, mortgage, and commercial lending, bringing a strong understanding of financial concepts paired with compassion, critical thinking, and a commitment to helping clients succeed.

Beyond her professional work, Katy is a dedicated wife and mother of four. An avid sports fan, she finds great joy in coaching student athletes of all ages, combining her love of teamwork with her passion for mentorship.
